Prescription Refills

All prescription refills should be requested at least 3-4 days before your prescription runs out.

Ways to renew your prescription:

Log into the Patient Portal. Review medications and request your refill.
Call your pharmacy to request your refills.
Receive your medications from the HPCHC Dispensary, please call 336-1211 or 336-5222.
